Privacy Policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
The short version:
- We collect your Google account basics (name, email, photo) and what you create: prompts, images and models.
- We use it to run Dream3D, approve beta access, fix problems, keep the service safe and improve it.
- We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use Dream3D. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
- Your prompts, images and models are private to your account. If you share a model's link, whoever you give it to can open that file.
- Email dream3dsupport@gmail.com to see or delete your data.
1. Who we are
This policy covers Dream3D ("we", "us") at dream3d.ai and studio.dream3d.ai. It explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It's part of our Terms of Service. Contact: dream3dsupport@gmail.com.
Dream3D is run from the United States, is for people 18 and older, and isn't offered in the EU, the EEA, the UK or South Korea.
2. What we collect
From your Google sign-in
Your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
What you give us
- Prompts you type, and reference images you upload.
- The note you write when you request beta access ("What will you use Dream3D for?").
- Settings such as your color theme.
- Anything you send us by email.
What the service creates
- Concept art and 3D models generated for you.
- Job details: when you made each model, the settings and engine used, its status, processing times and any errors.
- Your access status (pending, approved or declined) and when it was reviewed.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting and cloud providers receive your IP address, browser type and request details, and may keep them in logs for security and operations. The Studio stores small items in your browser (such as your sign-in session and theme) so it works between visits.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics on dream3d.ai and in the Studio to understand how people find and use Dream3D. It records things like the pages you view, the site that sent you, the buttons you click on the home page, and Studio events such as signing in, creating concept art, starting a build, a build finishing and downloading a model (with settings like the quality level, but not your prompt or images). It also receives your browser and device type and your approximate location (country or city), which Google works out from your IP address. Google Analytics doesn't store IP addresses.
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) to recognise a returning browser. We don't send your name or email to Google Analytics, we've turned off its advertising features and Google signals, and we keep analytics data for 14 months. Google processes this data under its own terms; see how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.
3. How we use it
- To run Dream3D: sign you in, generate and store your models, and show you your library.
- To review beta access requests.
- To provide support, find and fix bugs, and monitor performance.
- To understand, through Google Analytics, how people find Dream3D and which features they use.
- To keep the service safe: we may review prompts, images and models to enforce our content rules and prevent abuse.
- To improve Dream3D, including tuning quality settings and developing, training or evaluating models with your prompts, images and outputs. A future paid plan may offer more privacy for your content.
- To contact you about your account, the beta, or changes to these policies.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights and our users.
4. Who can see it
- Dream3D's administrators can see accounts and the content in them, for support, safety and improving the service.
- Our service providers process data for us. Today that's Google: Firebase Authentication (sign-in), Cloud Firestore (account and job data), Cloud Storage (images and models), Firebase Hosting, Google Cloud (the GPU servers that build models) Vertex AI (Gemini and Imagen, which receive your prompt to make concept art) and Google Analytics (usage statistics, described above). Google handles this data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
- No other users. Your prompts, images, models and their links are visible only to you and Dream3D's administrators.
- People you share a link with. Files are stored at long, random links that aren't listed anywhere. If you share a file's link, anyone who has it can open that file without signing in.
- The public, only for models you agree to let us feature.
- Others when required: if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of Dream3D (this policy would continue to apply to your data).
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-site advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll delete your profile, prompts, images and models within 30 days. Copies may stay in backups and logs for a short time afterwards, and we may keep what we need for legal reasons or to enforce our terms. Content already used to improve our models can't be pulled back out of them.
6. Your choices and rights
- See or get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and content: email dream3dsupport@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. We'll respond within 30 days.
- Remove a model from our showcase at any time by emailing us.
- California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, and to request its deletion or correction. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights. We don't sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms.
- Opt out of analytics by blocking cookies for dream3d.ai in your browser, using a content blocker, or installing Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Dream3D works the same either way.
- Do Not Track: we don't track you across other websites, so we don't change our behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to accounts and admin tools is restricted by sign-in and server-side rules. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
8. Children
Dream3D is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we'll delete the account.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll give notice in the Studio or by email before they take effect.
